Refund Policy
Preamble:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be, preferably, in the original packaging.
The previously stated admission will be different if your item is defective or damaged when receiving the package, in which case, please follow the procedure described in the exchange section (below)
Section 1 - Refunds (if any):
Once you have received your return and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time.
Section 2 - Late or missing refunds (if any):
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Section 3 - Sale items (if any):
Only regularly priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
Section 4 - Exchange (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to: contact@medyna.ca
In this email, we invite you to attach the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and a voucher (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items) and send your item to the address on the package of your package.

Customer's address
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping fee to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. (5 to 14 business days)
If you're shipping an item over 75$, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
