SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak order periods, there may be a slight delay in shipments. Additional transit days should be expected for delivery. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will notify you via email.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental Canada & United States.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. While we strive to expedite processing and shipping, there is a limited window to correct an inaccurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you believe there is an error in your shipping details.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee, the amount of which will be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Medyna is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates delivery, but you have not received the package, please report it to local authorities.

RETURN REQUEST DAYS

Medyna  allows returns within 14 days. Items must be returned unopened and unused.

OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In the case of an out-of-stock item, Medyna will send available items first and remaining items as soon as they are back in stock.

IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

When working with Medyna, customers are responsible for settling fees, including import taxes, upon arrival in the destination country.
